Art.1. Only classic motorcycles PREVIOUS to 1988 can participate with documentation, MOT and insurance in order.
Art.2. It is COMPULSORY to be lodged in one of the hotels that appear on the registration form; not being lodged in these hotels means NO admission of the inscription sheet and therefore won't be able to participate in the rally.
Art.3. The participants must carry out COMPULSORY and VISIBLE the number of the event corresponding to that year on the front of the motorcycle; Any participant that has not placed it in a visible place will be excluded from the event (routes, refreshments, access to the square ...) by members of the organization or by law enforcement officials.
Art.4. The items related to the Rally (dorsal, T-shirt, route sheets etc) will be given in the tourist office of Colombres at the moment of completing the registration.
Art.6. The assistance service vehicle will leave 20 minutes later than the last participant and will be available to those registered to pick up the motorcycles that have a fault on the route. He who is overtaken by that vehicle or is outside the route established by the organization is considered out of it, and therefore, depend on their own insurance to pick up the damaged motorcycle.
Art.7. All participants must scrupulously observe the Road Safety Law and its Regulations. Since the routes run along roads open to traffic. Each participant in the rally of Colombres recognizes having read the entire regulation and thereby assumes the risks inherent in participating in a test open to traffic, while excluding the organization from all responsibility, for any incident or accident derived from the participation of the event.
Art.8. The organization is not responsible for any accident in which the participant could be the cause or the victim, that event must be covered by your insurance, nor is jointly responsible for the expenses or debts that may incur during the rally, nor of the loss or damage that may be suffered by motorcycles or other equipment of the participants. The participant exempts the organization from responsibility for loss or deterioration of personal objects for any reason.
Art.9. The organization reserves the right to make the appropriate modifications, when for any reason it deems necessary. And it also reserves the right of admission.
Art.10. The acceptance of the present regulations implies that the participant authorizes the organization of the Rally of Colombres (Moto Club Indianos) to the total or partial recording of their participation in the event, gives their consent so that their image can be used in promotional media (radio, press, video, photo, DVD, Internet, posters etc.), and gives all rights related to commercial and advertising exploitation that the organization considers appropriate, without the right on its part to receive any financial compensation.
Art.11. The organization will not assume any responsibility if the event is suspended or postponed due to force majeure. Likewise, the organization is not responsible for the decisions that the participants take personally as a consequence of the suspension of the same.
Art.12. The act of registering for this event implies acceptance of these regulations and the waiver of all rights against the organization, waiving any legal action that may arise from their participation in the event.
